Mia Ehrlich is a 22-year-old director based in New York City. She is a co-founder of 411 Music, a production company focused on creating and developing original musicals.

As a director, Ehrlich is most interested in finding shared experiences and making the fantastical feel relatable. When she is tackling a new project, no stone is left unturned. She is most interested in new, original works or old, old works (think 400-500 BCE).

Ehrlich recently graduated early Magna Cum Laude from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama with minors in Creative Writing and Film Production. At Tisch, she focused  on directing and theatre studies, hungry to learn all she could about the art form and its history. Ehrlich began her journey as a performer, studying Musical Theatre in the New Studio on Broadway at Tisch. Through classes such as Theater in Ancient Greece, Closet Drama, and a Shakespeare acting class, Ehrlich realized her true passions lay in creation. She then switched to Stonestreet Studios where she learned more about how to be a director and writer, and where she worked as both positions on multiple projects.

In 2022, Ehrlich joined forces with composer Daniel Seligman, and the two founded 411 Music. Since then, the two have produced multiple workshops of new and original concept musicals conceived and developed by the pair.
