MIA EHRLICH

Mia Ehrlich is a New York–based theatre director known for her bold creative vision and hands-on approach to storytelling. She graduated from NYU with a BFA in Drama and minors in Creative Writing and Film Production, a triangular foundation that supports her multifaceted artistry.

A founding member of 411 Music, Mia specializes in developing original works, collaborating closely with composers, bookwriters, and actors to shape and direct new pieces from the ground up. A meticulous editor and imaginative storyteller, she is drawn to making the extraordinary feel ordinary—and the ordinary feel extraordinary.

Committed to realizing the collective vision in every detail, Mia often designs and builds her own costumes, props, and set pieces. Her eagerness to dive into the craft of creation sets her apart, bringing a singular cohesion and authenticity to the worlds she builds onstage.
